We stand behind our Saltwater Correct product line 100% and we do not want any unhappy customers for any reason. We will give you 7 days from date of invoice to look over our product (s) (please do not use and or open product (s) as this will void the 7 day guarantee) and if for any reason that you are not satisfied, contact us by e-mail gettanked@comcast.net , e-mail will verify your date or call us 717-243-9545 on or before the 7th day of the guarantee to get a return authorization number. You must have original invoice that was packed in your shipping box and include it with listed items on your invoice or Guarantee is voided. You must contact us on or before 12:01 am on the 7th day of date marked on your invoice, after that time will void the guarantee. Product Guarantee does not refund shipping, insurance or delivery confirmation number cost to you or returned shipping cost to us. If you are using USPS you must have a delivery confirmation number and insurance for returned orders to verify returned shipping, if using UPS they automatically include tracking number and insurance. All non-insured uundelivered returns to us voids guarantee. We do not charge a restock fee, but we will subtract the cost off your refund for any PayPal and or eBay fees that were charged to us for your purchase. Refunds will be returned in the same manor they were paid to us (i.e. PayPal). No exception to these rules.
