Good Service Doesn't Cost...It Pays !

If there is a delay in starting work:

After I arrive, I will charge for the time that I wait. If there are security measures to access a home, office or business and I must wait to obtain keys or no one is there to let me in, the extra time spent waiting will appear on the bill for that aquarium maintenance service call.

Twenty-four hour notice is required for cancellations:

A thirty dollar ($30.00) fee will be charged if an appointment is canceled the evening before a scheduled appointment or on the day it is scheduled.

If a customer is not at home, office or business when I arrive:

With in my scheduled arrival time, or I can't service the aquarium because keys or permission to enter was not left for me, I will apply a sixty dollar ($60.00) "No Show" charge to the next bill.

Parking:

When I am servicing aquariums in locations where free on street or private parking is not available, I  charge for what I must pay for parking. I do not use metered parking spaces unless I will be parking for under two hours and a space is immediately available when I arrive at the customers home, office or business. Parking charges are a reimbursed expense. You pay only what I pay.

If a customer wishes us to use special parking facilities in order to avoid paying for parking lot or metered parking charges, and this causes a delay in my starting an aquarium maintenance service, the customer will be charged for the time caused by the delay.

If a customer asks me to park in an area that is designated as a private "No Parking" or "Delivery" zone, because the customer has made special arrangements with building management or doormen for me to use this space, and my vehicle is ticketed and or towed for any reason, the customer will pay the cost of the ticket,  fines, towing or storage charges I must pay to recover my towed vehicle, and any time lost in recovering my towed vehicle at my regular rate of sixty dollars ($60.00) per hour. No exceptions will be allowed for this policy.

If your scheduling requirements and/or location require me to travel more than half an hour from the other stops on our route I will bill a travel charge each way to cover my expenses.

Deliveries:

If you need me to make a special trip to bring out food or supplies, I will be glad to accommodate you for a flat rate fee of thirty dollars ($30.00) to sixty dollars ($60.00) depending on your location, plus any applicable parking charges.

Fish deliveries:

Can't be made at the same time as an aquarium maintenance service and will be billed at a flat rate of up to sixty dollars ($60.00) per delivery.

If I must make a special trip to remove dead livestock.

Because a customer is unwilling to remove it themselves, I will bill a flat rate fee of sixty dollars ($60.00), regardless of the cause of death, even if it occurred within twenty four (24) hours after a service maintenance visit and is covered by my aquarium work guarantee

The secret of growing and maintaining all colors of coralline algae.

We ask that you do not think of your saltwater aquarium as a fish only saltwater tank, reef only saltwater tank or as a saltwater reef tank with fish. Think of your aquarium as a saltwater aquarium, period. In nature the marine animals all come from a well balanced system. This is how we maintain our saltwater aquarium water chemistry values with great success. Magnesium Values: 1250 - 1350 mg/L, Calcium Values: 380 - 450 ppm, Alkalinity Values: 3 - 5 meg/L or 8 - 11 dKH, pH Values: 8.1 - 8.4, Borate/Boron Values: 4.5 mg/L, Salinity Values:  1.026 SG or 35 PPT, Iodide Values: 0.03 – 0.06 ppm, Strontium Values: 10 and 15 mg/L. By keeping the above values stable and constant, using R/O DI filtered water, along with proper water changes, using a good protein skimmer, using carbon in a reactor, using  25 micron filtering bags and proper lighting for your corals. You will have a well balanced saltwater tank and you'll be able to grow and maintain good coralline growth and house any animal from the world’s reef systems and have them flourish. Try this method for 2 months and you will see a difference!  Pass It On!

Saltwater Correct product line meets or exceeds the purity, quality and  pricing

of the competing brands designated for the saltwater aquarium use.

Why pay more for your saltwater products that do not meet or

exceed what Saltwater Correct is offering you at our low price.

Saltwater Correct product line proceeds goes towards our aquaculture program.

Serving the saltwater coral reef hobbyists with quality, integrity, low prices, expert

advice and the latest marine saltwater coral reef aquarium information.
